About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Performance and Quality Improvement to serve as a key executive leader in the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a comprehensive range of activities, including organizational performance management, quality improvement, compliance, risk mitigation, and outcomes measurement. This role is pivotal in driving continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring that the company's programs and services align with its mission, values, and strategic priorities. The Vice President will also be a member of the Executive Leadership Team, contributing to the development and implementation of organization-wide performance and quality improvement strategies. Applicants for the Vice President of Performance and Quality Improvement position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in a relevant field, with 7-10 years' of progressive leadership experience. The role requires advanced proficiency in performance management, quality improvement, and compliance principles, as well as a proven track record in leading cross-functional initiatives. Experience with performance improvement methodologies such as CQI, Lean, Six Sigma, or Baldrige is preferred. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, expertise in data management systems, and excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Responsibilities also include fostering a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and data-informed decision-making, as well as engaging with the Board of Trustees and external stakeholders.
