Duties and Responsibilities
- Welcome guests, register, and assign rooms while ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes.
- Maintain accurate records of room availability and guest transactions.
- Address guest inquiries promptly and efficiently, providing information on hotel services and local attractions.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to resolve any guest issues swiftly.
- Uphold the hotel's high standards of service and professionalism at all times, ensuring guest comfort is a priority.
- Facilitate guest reservations for dining and transportation, ensuring all interactions are handled with courtesy and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Proven background in customer service with a commitment to maintaining a positive, guest-first attitude.
- Excellent communication skills with a proficiency in English and basic math.
- Professional appearance and demeanor, reflecting the hotel's high standards.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Experience with reservation systems is an advantage but not mandatory.
