Kids Associate Leader - BB

The Southeast Kids Associate Leader serves as the primary implementation leader functioning as a strategic number two to the Kids Ministry Leader. While the Ministry Leader casts vision and direction, this role ensures that vision is carried out through strong execution, clear systems, and aligned teams. By shepherding leaders, this role ensures that environments run smoothly, volunteers are equipped, and families experience a consistent, welcoming, and high-quality ministry. What You Will Be Doing Operations Leads and develops the staff responsible for operations, ensuring systems, environments, and service execution run smoothly and consistently. Guest Experience Leads and develops the staff responsible for the guest experience and check-in, ensuring families feel welcomed, confident, and cared for. Events Oversees the planning and execution of key events, ensuring they are organized, impactful, and aligned with ministry goals. Volunteer Equipping & Engagement Leads the volunteer pipeline from onboarding to ongoing development, ensuring volunteers are equipped and confident. What We Are Looking For Bachelor’s degree required At least two years of experience in children’s ministry and/or related operational duties. Extremely organized; ability to multi-task and prioritize Strong project management and analytical skills Awareness of safety/government/medical policies and procedures to ensure a safe ministry environment Creative problem-solving skills Team player Highly effective communication and collaboration skills Effective budgeting skills Proficiency in Excel other programs Engaged member of Southeast Christian Church or willing to become one.
