LVN / RN Pediatric Home Health Nurse

Job Title Registered Nurses (RN) & Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) Location Mount Pleasant, TX and surrounding areas Job Summary Angels of Care Pediatric Health is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) to provide direct, one‑on‑one medical care in client homes. This role requires full‑time or part‑time shifts, including days, nights, and weekends. Pay Range $19,000 – $36,000 per year Responsibilities Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily in their home according to the active plan of care, as given by the physician and other appropriate personnel. Conduct ongoing patient care and assessments. Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies. Coordination of care. Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes. Preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patient. Qualifications Active RN or LPN/LVN license (New grads welcome, training provided). Provide care in a client home setting. Ability to make a positive and lasting impression.
