Service Advisor

Join the team at Thunderhead Harley-Davidson as a Service Advisor in Kodak, TN! In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking service for their Harley-Davidson motorcycles. You will ensure an exceptional customer experience by understanding their needs, coordinating with the service team, and managing service appointments efficiently. Responsibilities: Greet customers promptly and courteously, providing professional service and advice. Schedule and manage service appointments ensuring timely communication between customers and service technicians. Explain service recommendations and estimates clearly to customers. Coordinate with the parts department to ensure availability of necessary components for repairs and maintenance. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, services provided, and follow-up actions. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any service-related issues to ensure satisfaction. Promote additional services and products that benefit the customer and enhance their riding experience. Requirements: Previous experience in automotive or motorcycle service advising, customer service, or related field preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of Harley-Davidson motorcycles and parts is a plus. Proficient with computer systems and scheduling software. Reliable, detail-oriented, and motivated to provide exceptional customer service.
