To support customer service initiatives, the full-time Customer Care Representative will assist clients with inquiries and provide solutions remotely within 50 miles of Orangeburg, SC. Key responsibilities Assist customers by addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous experience in a customer service role preferred Proficiency in using customer service software and tools Ability to work independently in a remote environment Familiarity with banking products and services is a plus
