Client Service Representative

To support a growing team, the remote Client Service Representative will manage incoming client inquiries, triage specialized questions, and build sustainable relationships with client accounts while working full-time from 8 am to 5 pm. Key responsibilities Managing incoming client calls to identify and assess needs for satisfaction Triage specialized questions to the appropriate department and resolve routine account management matters Build and maintain sustainable relationships with clients through effective communication Required qualifications Urology experience highly preferred College experience preferred Account/Client Management experience preferred General computer skills with high proficiency in Microsoft Office Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
