About the Role:
Join Aire Serv of Mid-Michigan as an HVAC Warehouse & Facilities Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management and logistics.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Manage facility & fleet maintenance and coordinate repairs as needed.
• Collaborate with the HVAC team to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• Track and report on inventory levels, ordering supplies as necessary.
• Train and supervise warehouse staff to optimize performance and productivity.
• Implement best practices for warehouse management and operational workflows.
• Assist in budget management and cost control measures for facilities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in warehouse management or facilities management.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and industry standards preferred.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.
