Operations Support Coordinator

Oakridge Staffing

Senior Office Operations Coordinator opportunity with Oakridge Staffing , a growing technology staffing firm supporting hedge funds, private equity, and financial services clients nationwide.

Were looking for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and brings experience in payroll, client invoicing, and multi-state compliance . Experience with consultant onboarding or onboarding systems is a plus.

In this role, youll:

Coordinate A/P, A/R, payroll, and consultant invoicing workflows
Manage consultant onboarding and offboarding
Reconcile timesheets, pay and bill rates, and client invoices
Support multi-state compliance, including unemployment insurance, workers compensation, and payroll taxes
Partner with leadership to improve automation and reporting

This is a hybrid position in Purchase, NY , with direct access to leadership and the opportunity to help shape our operations as we grow.

We offer extensive hands-on training and room for professional growth. Ill also personally teach you how to use AI to streamline daily tasks, improve workflows, and build valuable new skills.
