Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Production Sprayer to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying stains, paints, or finishes to products while maintaining high quality standards in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities
- Apply coatings, stains, or finishes using spray equipment.
- Inspect finished products for quality and consistency.
- Mix and prepare materials according to specifications.
- Clean and maintain spray guns and related equipment.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Keep the work area clean and organized.
- Work with team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Previous spray finishing or paint experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Dependable with a positive work ethic.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
