Scheduled hours may include 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, or 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM and overnight shift 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Must be available to work weekends and holidays.ResponsibilitiesAdditional Responsibilities Include:Welcome guests and manage check-in/check-out procedures.Answer phones and provide information about hotel services and local attractions.Handle reservations, guest requests, and special accommodations.Process payments and perform cashiering duties accurately.Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally.Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.QualificationsWhat are we looking for?Hilton Grand Vacations is a leader in the vacation ownership industry, operating with an unwavering dedication to innovation, quality, and continued growth.
