We work with talented student entrepreneurs and provide the working capital, training, and support they need to build businesses at their schools.At most companies, recruiting is about filling open roles. That's why we don't see Talent Acquisition as a support function. We see it as a strategic capability that directly influences the business.This role goes far beyond posting jobs and coordinating interviews. We're looking for someone who enjoys building pipelines before they're needed, questioning existing processes, and finding smarter ways to help great people discover Fresh Prints.As a Jr. HR Associate at Fresh Prints, you will support talent acquisition efforts across multiple roles. You'll work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to help deliver a seamless hiring experience from sourcing through hiring. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, highly organized, and eager to build a career in recruitment and people operations.As a member of our Recruitment team, you're going to have a wide-ranging group of responsibilities and goals. On a day-to-day basis, this means:Lead prospecting and headhunting efforts. Not just finding the right candidates, but nurturing relationships early and building long-term pipelines.Source candidates from diverse channels and screen resumes and applications with a strong quality bar.Take hands-on ownership of role coordination that goes beyond scheduling (much of which is automated) to stay closely involved in progress, blockers, and outcomes for each role.Conduct interviews and coordinate multiple rounds of assessments.Partner closely with hiring managers to align on role expectations, feedback, and hiring timelines.Communicate clearly with management and team members to provide regular status updates.Develop search strategies to identify and attract top talent.Take ownership of recruitment-related projects and additional responsibilities as needed.Requirements:Preferably 1.5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or RecruitmentFresh graduates of Human Resources or Psychology are highly encouraged to applyStrong attention to detail with relentless follow-upExcellent written and verbal English communication skillsExperience in a start-up environment is a huge plusStrong internship experience in HR or Recruitment is highly preferred.Experience in a startup environment or in-house recruitment is a plus.Experience working in a remote environment is preferred.Compensation & Benefits:Monthly Salary: Between $400 to $550, with a night allowance of $40Location & Timings:Full-time remote role starting as soon as the right candidate is found.Working Hours: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST, Monday to Friday Fresh Prints
