Commercial FLAT Roofing Laborer - Project-Based | $25-$50/hr + OT (ND/MN Area)

Job Summary Horizon Roofing is hiring Commercial Roofers for an upcoming project located in the ND/MN area, scheduled to run from March 2026 through August 2026. This position involves working with experienced crews to install and repair commercial roofing systems. The work is physical, performed outdoors, and offers unlimited overtime throughout the project duration. Due to confidentiality requirements, the exact project location will be disclosed later in the interview process. This is a temporary, project-based role with the potential for continued employment following project completion. Lodging and per diem will be provided in accordance with company policy. Relocation assistance may be available. Responsibilities Install and repair commercial roofing systems Perform tear-offs and roof preparation Load, unload, and stage tools, equipment, and materials Install insulation, adhesives, primers, seams, and edge details Follow fastening patterns and manufacturer specifications Operate power tools and rooftop equipment safely Maintain clean and organized job sites Follow direction from Foreman and crew leads Communicate effectively and work safely at heights Work outdoors in varying weather conditions Overtime and extended work hours as required Roofing or construction experience preferred Comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights Ability to lift 50–75 lbs. and perform physical labor Reliable transportation Safety-minded, dependable, and detail-oriented Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills Willingness to work outdoors seasonally Must successfully complete pre-employment requirements prior to starting work, including a post-offer physical exam, drug screening, and background check Sam’s Club Membership Paid Date Nights Company Events Health Insurance Dental Insurance $30,000 Life Insurance 401(k) with 3% Employer Contribution Clothing Allowance Paid Time Off After 10 years of employment, choose a trip Compensation $25–$50 per hour , depending on experience Unlimited overtime available during project duration #J-18808-Ljbffr
