Human Resources Coordinator

Flatiron Construction Corp is hiring a Human Resources Coordinator in Broomfield, CO for an onsite role. In this position, you will help coordinate onboarding for new hires while supporting division-level recruiting activities, with the goal of improving the overall candidate experience. Working under supervision, you will also assist with key HR processes and employee relations needs, including HR data updates and support for HR cycles and investigations. What you’ll do Coordinate and participate in outreach efforts for intern and student talent acquisition, following direction from your supervisor. Coordinate onboarding access, assets, and activities for division-level new hires and internal transfers to support an engaging onboarding experience. Generate and submit employee information changes for new hires, transfers, terminations, compensation, benefit enrollment, and employee demographic updates using company-prescribed workflows and systems. Assist with exit interviews for all separated employees under the manager’s direction. Support scheduling and facilitation of HR cycles, including performance evaluations, compensation planning, position-level training, and legal or HR compliance trainings. Assist with employee relations issues and investigations under direct supervision. What you bring 1+ year of administrative experience required. Associate’s Degree or 2-year Diploma in a related field preferred. Administrative, confidential filing, and customer service skills preferred. Strong time-management skills required. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills required. Ability to maintain confidentiality over employment records, inquiries, medical information, investigations, and other employment-related items required.
