HR Coordinator

IDR is seeking a HR Coordinator to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Louisville, CO. This role is ideal for someone passionate about human resources, recruitment, and employee administration within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. It offers the chance to support impactful HR functions in a collaborative team setting. Position Overview for the HR Coordinator: Provide HR support with a focus on onboarding, recruiting, and administrative tasks.-Manage employee records and ensure compliance with employment regulations. Assist with HRIS systems, data entry, and reporting. Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and HR-related issues. Support ongoing HR projects and process improvements. Requirements for the HR Coordinator: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources, recruiting, administration, or a related field. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
