We are seeking a high-energy, bilingual (English/Spanish) HR professional to handle daily operations and employee relations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Must be able to travel between Thornton and Louisville.

HR Coordinator (Bilingual Spanish/Eng.) Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $27.00 to $29.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- Weekend work required
- First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )
- Serve as a primary HR point of contact
- Support HR daily operations
- Employee Relations
- Onboarding
- Coordinate and conduct new hire interviews and orientation.
- Adapt to changing organizational and operational needs in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Work between facilities
- Assist with filing, organization and maintenance of confidential documents
HR Coordinator (Bilingual Spanish/Eng.) Qualifications:
- Must be fluent in Spanish and English
- Prior experience with a manufacturing with 200+ employees
- Prior HR experience is a must
- Must be a strong collaborator
- Ability to travel between Louisville and Thornton
- A self-starter who doesn’t wait for direction, is self-motivated, and brings positive energy to the team.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
