Job Title: Data Analyst
Location: Summit, NJ
Duration: 19 months Job Description:
• Support an organizational design initiative by capturing, validating, and preparing organization structure data for downstream HR systems.
• Partner with project Super Users and Design Leads to encapsulate organizational designs in data form.
• Perform Excel-based data analysis, data cleansing, and data transformation activities to ensure accurate organizational data in preparation for upload to Workday and other systems.
Qualifications:
• dvanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, lookups, data analysis).
• Experience working with HR, workforce, or organizational data.
• Familiarity with organizational design, workforce planning, or HR transformation initiatives.
• Experience with Workday, including EIBs, data loads, and data validation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large, complex datasets.
