Senior Electrical Engineering Specialist

STV' is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineering Specialist for our Buildings Division in our Douglasville, PA office.

Successful candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering (BSEE) from an accredited electrical engineering university.

• 9+ years of experience
• Perform client-facing lead duties on numerous projects and is proficient in all our typical software programs (REVIT, AutoCAD, BIM360, ACC, AGi32, Visual, COM-Check)
• Prepare engineering documents and equipment specifications to meet contracted scope of work.
• Ensures application of electrical engineering principles and design guidelines.
• Provide construction observation, inspection, and field support such as: answering RFIs, reviewing and approving equipment submittals, and recording existing conditions.
• Mentor interns and co-ops working under his supervision on his projects and assists other electrical engineers on their projects as needed.
• Develop cost estimates for the electrical scope, creates project plan and project schedule.
• Obtain basic understanding of other trades such as architectural, mechanical, civil, and structural.
• Strong time management skills and pays close attention to details.
• Adaptable, agile, and responsive to quick changes in direction
• Ability to establish rapport and credibility with clients and other stakeholders.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, leadership and work well in a team.
• Actively demonstrate initiatives and able to work independently under pressure to meet deadlines efficiently.

Compensation Range:
$149,671.54 - $171,053.19
