Gen AI Chief Architect (Remote)

As a Lead GenAI Architect you will design, implement and deliver cutting‑edge solutions in the field of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI). You are a dynamic individual who is passionate about driving the adoption of AI solutions at scale and thrives in engaging with CxO level executives.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive discussions at the CxO level, understanding business challenges and providing insights on how GenAI can address them.
• Share thought leadership, perspectives, and best practices on GenAI.
• Assess customer requirements and recommend suitable platforms, tools, and frameworks for GenAI solutions based on their specific context.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in GenAI technologies and contribute to the evolution of our service offerings.
• Guide clients in the design, development, and deployment of responsible AI solutions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of GenAI projects.
• Work toward scaling GenAI solutions within client organizations, ensuring widespread adoption and impact.
• Provide training and support to client teams to facilitate the integration of GenAI into their business processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, data science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in architecting and implementing AI solutions, with a focus on Generative Artificial Intelligence.
• Strong understanding of AI platforms, tools, and frameworks, and the ability to recommend suitable options based on client needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with CxO level executives and articulate complex technical concepts in a business context.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate with cross‑functional teams in the design and deployment of AI solutions.
• Knowledge of responsible AI practices and ethical considerations.

Salary and Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $270,000 – $350,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
