Surgical Tech - Certified Surg Tech Profession: Surgical Technologist Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 8 Hour Days Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: Minimum years of experience required License: National certification Certifications: AHA BLS Tdap (expires every 10 years; declination not allowed) N95 mask - Respirator Fit Test required for all units/specialties TB: IGRA Blood Test within 30 days of Hire Date (QFT or T-SPOT) Must-Have: National certification (NBSTSA or NCCT) required Description:We are seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist for a backfill position.The expected shift is 32 hours per week, working 4 days from Monday to Friday.The daily schedule is from 0645 to 1515 with rotating days off.On-call expectations include approximately 8 days per month.Weekend on-call rotation includes 1 weekend per month, starting Friday at 1515 through Monday at 0645.Weekday on-call starts at the end of the shift (1515) and ends the following morning at 0645.Holiday on-call is 24 hours from 7 AM to 7 AM.Cases include all orthopedic total joints, sports injuries, and trauma.General surgery cases include colectomies, gallbladder surgeries with IOC, hernias, mastectomies, urology, GI - upper and lower endoscopies, GYN, and C-sections, as well as cataract procedures. #J-18808-Ljbffr
