Castleton Health Care Center is actively hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for day, evening, and night shifts in our skilled nursing facility.

RN Responsibilities

• Provide and oversee direct nursing care for residents

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders

• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs

• Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes

• Ensure compliance with all clinical policies and regulations

• Communicate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team

• Lead your shift and support overall care quality

 

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (required)

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program

• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred

• Current BLS/CPR certification

• Strong leadership and communication skills
