As a Screener at a leading automotive location, you will help manage access, verify credentials, and support a welcoming, professional environment for employees, visitors, and guests. You will use computer or tablet tools to document activity, communicate clearly, and help identify and report security-related concerns. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $17.50 / Hour Job Schedule: Wed 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM Fri 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at an automotive facility by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and, when appropriate, emergency response activities. Screen individuals, vehicles, packages, and materials entering or leaving the location in accordance with established access-control and inspection procedures. Verify credentials, visitor authorizations, shipping documentation, and delivery information; maintain accurate logs and report discrepancies to site leadership. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures. Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points, shipping and receiving areas, parking areas, and the business perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity. Minimum Requirements: Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
