The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) plays a vital role in providing quality patient care within a hospital setting. This role involves delivering direct nursing care, supporting patient well-being, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure effective treatment and recovery.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care adhering to hospital protocols
- Monitor patient health and report changes to the nursing team
- Assist with administering medications and treatments as directed
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Support patient hygiene and comfort needs
- Collaborate with nurses and medical staff to coordinate care plans
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of practical nursing experience
- Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
