We’re seeking a reliable and motivated Hotel Houseperson to join our team and help us maintain the high standards our guests have come to expect.
What You’ll DoAs a Hotel Houseperson, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our hotel operates smoothly and looks its best. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting housekeeping staff by delivering supplies and linens to guest rooms and storage areas.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in common areas such as hallways, lobbies, and meeting spaces.
- Responding promptly to guest requests and ensuring their needs are met with care.
- Supporting the setup and breakdown of event spaces as needed.
- Performing light maintenance tasks and reporting any issues to the appropriate team members.
- Collaborating with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure a welcoming and safe environment for all guests.
