Inventory Specialist

We are seeking an detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to oversee inventory management across our warehouse and retail supply channels. In this role, you will monitor stock levels, conduct regular audits, process shipments, and collaborate with procurement teams to minimize stockouts and overstock scenarios. work hours: 8:30 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

• Print packing slips, shipping labels, and order documents
• Enter and update orders in the system
• Contact clients about order problems (shortages, wrong/invalid addresses, delays, etc.)
• Process returns (receive, check, update system, and inform clients)
• Answer emails and phone calls from clients
• Help warehouse staff with order priorities and basic questions
• Keep simple records and reports up to date
• Assist with inventory checks and basic stock issues
