Hardscape Foreman

Responsibilities We are looking for an experienced Hardscape Technician to join our team and participate in high-end paver patio and retention wall installation. The role requires proficiency in operating heavy equipment including skid steers, excavators, and front loaders. Proficiency with grade sticks and masonry saws is preferred. The ideal candidate is professional, confident, and skilled in basic construction, with a passion for the industry and a strong commitment to craftsmanship. The candidate must be able to work responsibly within timelines and budgets. Qualifications 2 Years of industry experience is required. Driver's license is required. Certifications with OSHA 30, ICPI, and/or NCMA are preferred and will be considered with the offered pay scale. Capable of lifting 75 lbs on a regular basis. Ability to read and understand contracts, plans, basic blueprints, landscape designs, and read/interpret conceptual drawings.
