How You'll Make An Impact In This Role
- Manages patient registration and documentation, including greeting, check-in/out, and demographic/insurance verification.
- Acts as a vital support resource by efficiently providing comprehensive general office and clerical services to the assigned team.
- Document and track patient care journeys to ensure accurate, high-quality records.
- Office is open Monday through Friday and some Saturdays. Must have availability during the weekdays and on weekends.
What Minimum Requirements You'll Need
- Education: High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
What Additional Preferences We're Seeking
- 1-year admin experience.
