Allied Technician - Respiratory Therapist

Registered Nurse (RN)

This position requires working the night shift from 7 PM to 7 AM, with a commitment to every other weekend.

Role Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with established clinical protocols.
Monitor patient conditions, documenting vital signs and any changes in health status.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Educate patients and their families about health management and care plans.

Qualifications

Valid nursing license to practice in the specified state.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
Strong clinical skills and ability to make critical decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

This role is essential to providing excellent patient care during night hours, ensuring that all aspects of patient needs are met efficiently and compassionately.
