Overview

• BNB Cashout provides equity-based cash-out financing for rental property investors, helping property owners access capital while preserving their existing first mortgage. BNB Cashout supports both short-term and long-term rental property investors through a streamlined, relationship-driven lending process. 
• Typically, the work schedule is from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, though additional hours may be required based on business needs.

About the Role

• We are seeking motivated Account Representatives to develop business within the Nashville and Savannah markets.
• This role is responsible for building relationships with residential mortgage brokers and other referral partners, generating qualified opportunities, managing an active sales pipeline, and helping expand BNB Cashout's presence in the assigned market.

• Consistently achieves individual production and revenue goals within the assigned market. 
• Builds and maintains strong relationships with residential mortgage brokers, referral partners, and rental property investors. 
• Generates qualified opportunities and maintains consistent deal activity. 
• Expands BNB Cashout's market presence through disciplined outreach and relationship development. 
• Maintains an accurate, active sales pipeline and follows up promptly throughout the loan process. 
• Provides a responsive, professional experience for partners and prospective borrowers. 

What You'll Be Doing (Core Responsibilities)

• Relationship Development 
• Develop relationships with residential mortgage brokers and other referral sources. 
• Conduct consistent outbound prospecting and follow-up within the assigned market. 
• Educate partners and prospective borrowers on BNB Cashout's loan program and eligibility requirements. 
• Maintain regular communication and build long-term, productive relationships. 
• Business Development 
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Nashville and Savannah. 
• Expand BNB Cashout's broker, investor, and referral network. 
• Represent BNB Cashout professionally in meetings, calls, and local market activities. 
• Drive qualified applications, funded deals, and production volume. 
• Pipeline Management 
• Manage opportunities from initial outreach through application, underwriting coordination, and closing. 
• Track pipeline activity, partner engagement, and production metrics. 
• Follow up consistently on open opportunities and outstanding items. 
• Provide regular pipeline and market updates to leadership. 
• Sales Operations 
• Maintain accurate and timely activity, contact, and opportunity records in company systems. 
• Follow company policies, sales procedures, and applicable compliance requirements. 
• Collaborate with internal teams to support a smooth partner and borrower experience. 

Requirements

• Education
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience. 
• Residential mortgage broker industry experience required. 
• Required Experience
• Minimum 2 years of sales, account management, or business development experience within the r esidential mortgage brokerage industry. 
• Strong knowledge of residential mortgage lending, broker relationships, and referral-based sales. 
• Proven track record of achieving sales and business development goals. 
• Experience developing and managing broker, business, or referral relationships. 
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and maintain consistent follow-up.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and CRM systems. 
• Ability to track sales activity, partner engagement, and pipeline performance.
