Building lasting relationships with property owners and landlords
Working hot inbound leads and converting them into closed deals
Showcasing listings with tech-forward marketing tools
Thriving in a fast-paced, high-volume environment (especially during the spring boom!)

✅ What You Need:

MA Real Estate License (or working toward it)
Strong communication and people skills
Comfortable with tech—real estate platforms, CRMs, social media
Self-starter mindset with the drive to hustle
Ability to work independently AND with a team
Passion for real estate and a hunger to grow
