• MA Real Estate License (or working toward it)
• Strong communication and people skills
• Comfortable with tech—real estate platforms, CRMs, social media
• Self-starter mindset with the drive to hustle
• Ability to work independently AND with a team
• Passion for real estate and a hunger to grow
