Position Overview: As a Payroll Specialist at American Benefits Company, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of payroll procedures, exceptional attention to detail, and proficiency in software such as Prism, Excel, and other Office365 applications. Key Responsibilities: Process payroll for clients accurately and on time. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations. Collaborate with clients to address any payroll-related inquiries or concerns. Maintain accurate records of employee data and payroll transactions. Utilize Prism, Excel, and other Office365 software for payroll processing and reporting. Assist in the development and improvement of payroll processes. Qualifications: 1-2 years of experience in payroll processing preferred. Basic understanding of payroll regulations and compliance. Proficiency in Prism, Excel, and other Office 365 applications. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
