Assembler I – Manufacturing

We’re hiring an Assembler I to perform light assembly and packaging of electro-mechanical and optical products. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys hands-on work, and is interested in growing their manufacturing experience.

What You’ll Do

Perform light assembly of electro-mechanical and optical components
Package finished products according to established procedures
Follow work instructions and production documentation
Inspect assemblies for quality and identify potential issues
Assist with troubleshooting assembly, material, or process concerns
Support improvements to manufacturing and assembly processes
Help maintain and update process documentation
Work with the production team to meet daily quality and production goals
Maintain a clean and organized work area

What We’re Looking For

Previous assembly, manufacturing, or production experience preferred
Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment is a plus
Strong attention to detail and quality
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
Ability to follow written instructions and established procedures
Basic computer skills required
Dependable and comfortable working as part of a team
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
