Are you passionate about creating immersive retail environments and world-class consumer experiences? We are seeking a Senior Designer – Story Design to join a global retail design team responsible for shaping the future of retail storytelling through innovative architecture, experiential design, and brand environments. This is an exciting opportunity to work on large-scale retail concepts that blend creativity, strategy, and technology to deliver unforgettable consumer experiences. What You'll Do Lead the creative direction and execution of immersive retail environments, store concepts, displays, and experiential spaces. Develop innovative design solutions from concept through execution while maintaining brand consistency. Collaborate with Architecture, Storytelling, Geo Retail Design, Brand, Store Development, Digital, and external agency partners. Create compelling presentations and communicate design concepts to senior leadership. Drive ideation around architecture, materials, fixtures, environmental graphics, spatial design, and consumer engagement. Stay ahead of emerging retail, design, and technology trends to influence future retail experiences. Lead multiple high-profile projects while ensuring timelines, budgets, and creative excellence are achieved. Mentor teams and foster a collaborative, innovative studio culture. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Industrial Design, Environmental Design, or a related discipline. 10+ years of progressive experience in architectural, experiential, environmental, or brand design. Strong experience designing retail environments, experiential spaces, or branded consumer experiences. Demonstrated success managing complex design projects from concept to execution. Outstanding presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
