Job Title: Data Coordinator I Department of Education – Oliver Hodge Education Building – Oklahoma City, Oklahoma Salary: $45,000 per year. Full‑time, Regular. Continuous employment. Position Overview The Data Coordinator supports management and analysis of student data, including the Student Testing Number (STN) assignment process, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with state and federal regulations. The role requires in‑person presence in Oklahoma City with no remote or hybrid options. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field requiring math and/or logical reasoning. Two (2) years of experience in customer service, technical support, or educational clerical work, or equivalent education/experience. Official transcripts required upon hire. Preferred Qualifications Data management experience. Familiarity with educational data systems. Understanding of relational databases or SQL. Special Requirements Authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis without sponsorship. Successful completion of a pre‑employment background check. Valid driver’s license from a U.S. state or territory for job‑related travel. Essential Functions Data Management & Analysis – Assist with data collection, especially STN assignment and resolution; perform quality assurance and validation of student data. Collaboration with Districts – Serve as primary contact for superintendents and district personnel, facilitating error correction and data‑related inquiries. Documentation & Reporting – Create technical documents, maintain a document repository, keep logs, and prepare reports as needed. Training & Development – Develop and implement training programs for LEA and state staff on STN processes; provide ongoing support. Office Coordination & Administration – Coordinate requisitions, inventories, screen calls and visitors, support the Program Director with organizational tasks.
