Physical Therapist Job Locations : USA-MN-Albany Campus Name : Benedictine Living Community-Mother of Mercy Category : Therapy Position Type : Part-Time Shift : Various Specific Shift Times : Varies Scheduled Days of the Week : Varies Weekend Work Requirement : Varies Salary Range : $40.73-$55.48/hr Overview The Physical Therapist is responsible and accountable for residents' evaluations, ongoing assessments, and the planning and implementation of therapy interventions. Responsibilities Develops and revises plans of care based on residents' needs and establishes functional goals, outcomes, and discharge plans. Plans for residents' discharge and anticipates long‑term and/or short‑term residents' needs. Educates other health‑care team members, residents, family, and caregivers on information regarding the care plan for the residents. Qualifications Current state licensure in Physical Therapy, in good standing. Bachelor's degree.
