Job Description

• Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess individual patient needs and create personalized therapy strategies to help them reach their functional aspirations
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply proven methodologies to enhance patients' motor skills, cognitive abilities, and everyday living capabilities
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work in sync with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to offer comprehensive, integrated care
• Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and their loved ones on therapy practices to encourage continued advancement in their daily lives
• Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical developments and modify treatment as necessary, ensuring patients remain aligned with their goals

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Encouragement and support for ongoing education or post-graduate certifications

Certifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
