Create Individualized Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and design tailored therapy strategies aimed at helping them meet their functional objectives
Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Work in close partnership with OTs, PTs, STs, medical doctors, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive, holistic care
Teach patients and caregivers therapy methods that facilitate ongoing improvement and support at home
Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college or university
Commitment to ongoing education and post-graduate certifications is encouraged and supported
Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory
