As a Trading Associate, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing our customers' trading experience and building long‑lasting relationships. Your work will focus on equities trading, options trading, margin investing, and related issues experienced by our fast‑growing presence in the marketplace. What You'll Do: Communicate with customers using email, phone, and chat, providing efficient and effective solutions with kindness Professionally and efficiently resolve customer complaints, issues, and disputes, handling escalated complex cases when necessary Act as the voice of the customer by identifying and communicating customer pain points or opportunities to the product team Develop deep subject mastery and offer personalized support on complex trading strategies, derivatives, and investment opportunities Pursue additional licenses to broaden your professional expertise and contribute to the growth of our business Proactively develop and maintain strong relationships with high‑net‑worth customers, acting as their primary point of contact for trading‑related inquiries Collaborate with internal teams to optimize trading operations and enhance the overall customer experience What You Bring: FINRA Series 7 and 63 required Bilingual English/Chinese proficiency preferred Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics or related field Preferred.
