As part of Troon, you'll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.Hours: 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Evenings, including weekends; hours vary by season and club activity)Position Summary Raintree Country Club is seeking a dependable, professional Part-Time Evening Security & Janitorial Associate to help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for our members and guests. This role combines facility monitoring, light janitorial duties, and courteous member interaction during evening hours.Key Responsibilities Security & MonitoringProvide evening oversight of club facilities including: Fitness room, Parking lot, Pavilion, ClubhouseConduct regular walkthroughs to ensure safety, security, and proper use of facilitiesMonitor for unauthorized access or inappropriate behaviorPolitely verify membership status when necessaryProfessionally and respectfully ask non-members or unauthorized individuals to leave the premisesAddress minor disturbances (including supervision of unsupervised or disruptive youth) in a calm, courteous, and firm mannerReport incidents, safety concerns, or maintenance issues to managementFacility Closing & SecuritySecure all buildings and outdoor areas at closingLock doors, gates, and access points according to established proceduresEnsure all lights, equipment, and systems are shut down or secured properlyJanitorial DutiesPerform light cleaning and upkeep, including Trash removal, Restroom checks and cleaning, General tidiness of common areas, Laundering towels as neededMaintain a clean, orderly environment throughout the shiftQualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to interact with members and guests in a polite, professional manner Comfortable addressing rule violations and enforcing policies respectfully Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Previous security, facilities, or janitorial experience preferred but not required Ability to walk/stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasksIdeal Candidate Calm and level-headed, especially in situations involving youth or minor disturbances Observant and proactive in identifying potential issues Respectful but confident when enforcing club policies Takes pride in maintaining a clean and safe environmentCompensation $19 per hour Part-time hours with consistent evening schedule Benefits include 401k, family style meal, limited access to golfAbout Troon Founded in 1990 and headquartered in Scottsdale, AZ, Troon is the world's largest professional club management company, that specializes in services in golf, hospitality, and residential communities.
