Overview

We are seeking a professional, customer-focused individual to provide exceptional overnight front desk support in a fast-paced hospitality environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming experience for guests, handling administrative tasks with accuracy, and maintaining a calm, attentive presence during overnight hours.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and general property inquiries.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, concerns, and service needs.
• Process reservations, payments, and account updates accurately.
• Maintain a secure and organized front desk environment throughout the shift.
• Monitor property activity and follow established safety and security procedures.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to support guest satisfaction.
• Complete shift reports, logs, and other required documentation.
• Provide clear communication to the next shift regarding guest issues, tasks, and priorities.
• Support additional front desk and operational duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, or front desk operations preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain professional, calm, and solution-oriented in a variety of situations.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable using computers, phone systems, and standard office software.
• Ability to work independently during overnight hours.
• Basic math skills and accuracy in handling transactions.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with property management systems or hospitality software.
• Knowledge of safety, security, and emergency response procedures.
• Ability to multi-task while maintaining a high level of service.
• Bilingual communication skills are a plus.
