Bi-lingual HR Generalist Remote (Tampa Bay, FL area candidates only)

The Gig: As an HR Generalist, you’ll serve as part a team as a trusted advisor to our clients guiding them through employment compliance, recruiting top talent, supporting benefits administration, developing people policies, and building culture-driven workplaces. You’ll Be Doing Things Like: Consulting with clients on multistate HR compliance and best practices Leading recruitment efforts: creating job postings, sourcing, screening, hiring Onboarding new employees and orienting them to their manager and team Supporting employee relations, benefits administration, leave of absences including FMLA, and state leaves. Conducting remote employee trainings and creating employee communications Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in HR 4+ years of HR experience, including multi-state, talent acquisition, and leave management experience Experience with HRIS/payroll systems and recruiting platforms Outstanding communication and presentation skills MS Office 365, Teams, Adobe Pro and exposure to AI tools like Chat GPT PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP credential Remote Work Requirements: Must be based in the Tampa Bay area of Florida Fully remote with occasional travel within Florida and 2 to 4 overnight trips per year to Hauppauge, NY for team meetings and events Must have a quiet, private home office setup and secure internet.
