Work schedule : Hybrid, 3 days on site (Wednesdays are mandatory)

Overview

The Social Media Coordinator supports TNT & TBS social media teams in growing audiences, managing publishing workflows, and creating engaging social content across multiple platforms. This role helps ensure a consistent flow of compelling, on-brand content while assisting with community management, social trend monitoring, and day-to-day channel operations. The ideal candidate is a highly organized and creative digital native who is deeply immersed in social media culture.

Job Specifications

Daily Responsibilities

• Publishing & Operations : Schedule and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, X, and Pinterest; maintain editorial calendars and support YouTube channel operations including video ingestion and thumbnail coordination.
• Content Creation : Develop engaging social content based on platform trends and write compelling, on-brand copy. Capture native social footage or behind-the-scenes content as needed.
• Community Engagement : Monitor and moderate conversations across social platforms and respond to comments while maintaining the brand voice.
• Strategic Support : Track emerging trends and platform features to share insights that inform future content opportunities.

Must Have Skills / Requirements

• Experience : Minimum 3 years of experience in social media or digital content, specifically within the media and entertainment industry.
• Content Creation : Strong command of copywriting and social content creation.
• Analytics : Strong understanding of social analytics.
• Platform Proficiency : Deep familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and X.
• Agility : Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Technology Requirements

• Microsoft Office.
• Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop.
• Canva.
• Familiarity with social media and analytics tools like Tubular or Creator Studio is preferred.

Nice to Have Skills

• Basic video editing experience (Adobe Premiere).
• Experience as a former intern with more than one prior internship at the organization.

Education

• Bachelor's degree required; open to any discipline.
