Job DescriptionJob DescriptionInside Sales CoordinatorLocation: Los Angeles, CAAbout the RoleAs Inside Sales Coordinator, you will serve as the operational and communication hub for assigned sales territories within our sales organization. You’ll coordinate directly with Sales Representatives, internal teams, and external partners to ensure opportunities move efficiently, accurately, and professionally through the sales process.This includes managing Salesforce data, scheduling meetings, supporting bids, sending outreach and follow-ups, maintaining organized documentation, and ensuring the sales process stays structured and on track. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, service-oriented, and comfortable interacting with both internal stakeholders and external customers.Key ResponsibilitiesTerritory & Customer CoordinationCommunicate directly with customers, municipalities, and partners to gather information and confirm project detailsSend outreach emails and follow-ups, including cold outreach to prospective leads, to help set meetings for sales representativesAssist with lead generation activities to identify new opportunities within assigned territoriesSchedule demos, site visits, Teams calls, and customer meetings for assigned repsManage calendars, coordinate logistics, and maintain confirmations, reminders, and meeting notesAssist with coordination of lunch-and-learns, local events, and municipal meetingsTravel as needed within the regionSalesforce & Project ManagementEnter and maintain accurate accounts, contacts, opportunities, and project data in SalesforceReview new opportunities to ensure required details (maps, geographic data, project notes) are completeMaintain CRM data integrity by correcting errors, resolving duplicates, and filling missing fieldsCreate and maintain reports and dashboards used for forecasting and sales meetingsCross-Functional SupportSupport bids, proposals, submissions, and compliance documentation by coordinating with relevant internal teamsProvide accurate geographic inputs, maps, photos, and project details for studies or customer projectsCommunicate with Production and Supply Chain regarding timelines, inventory, and delivery updatesServe as the central connector between Sales, Operations, and other internal teamsMentor, train, and support Inside Sales and Sales Support team membersAdministrative & Operational ResponsibilitiesMaintain organized documentation, templates, customer files, and shared resourcesPrepare background research, project summaries, and meeting recapsSupport onboarding of new sales representatives with schedules, systems, and territory resourcesAssist with formatting proposals, uploading documents, and managing day-to-day administrative tasksWhat You Bring4 years’ experience in sales support, customer support, project coordination, or administrative rolesCold calling and lead generation experienceStrong communication skills and comfort interacting with customers professionally by phone and emailExperience or interest in cold outreach and lead generationExcellent organizational skills – you enjoy managing details and keeping multiple tasks on trackFamiliarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems (or willingness to learn quickly)Ability to support multiple reps in a busy, fast-moving environmentProficiency in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel, and shared file systemsA proactive, problem-solving mindset – you anticipate needs and address issues before they cause delaysCompensation & BenefitsStarting Salary Range: $60,000–$80,000 (based on experience)Comprehensive Benefits Package: Medical, Dental, VisionGenerous PTO Policy – because work-life balance mattersCareer Growth Opportunity: Build your field operations experience and grow into a management role
