Trauma-Informed Clinical Case Manager: Reentry & Recovery

La Familia in Hayward, CA, seeks a Clinical Case Manager to provide trauma-informed case management services for adults transitioning from incarceration. Ideal candidates will have a BA with two years' experience in behavioral health and be bilingual.
