SAP S/4HANA Program Manager (15+ Years) – Enterprise Transformation | Life Sciences Preferred CornerStone Technology Talent Services is partnering with an enterprise organization seeking an accomplished SAP S/4HANA Program Manager to lead a large‑scale digital transformation initiative. This is an opportunity for a senior SAP leader who has successfully delivered complex, enterprise‑wide S/4HANA implementations and thrives working with executive leadership, global stakeholders, and cross‑functional delivery teams. What You’ll Do Lead enterprise‑scale SAP S/4HANA implementation programs from planning through deployment and stabilization. Partner with executive leadership, business stakeholders, SAP functional teams, technical teams, system integrators, and third‑party vendors. Manage program governance, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and executive reporting. Coordinate multiple workstreams across functional, technical, integration, testing, data migration, and change management teams. Drive successful program execution while ensuring alignment with business objectives and organizational priorities. Facilitate steering committee meetings and provide clear communication to executive stakeholders. Resolve complex project challenges while maintaining delivery quality and program momentum. Ensure implementation follows SAP best practices, governance standards, and enterprise delivery methodologies. Required Qualifications 15+ years of SAP Program or Project Management experience. Extensive experience leading full‑cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations in large enterprise environments. Demonstrated success managing highly complex, multi‑workstream SAP transformation programs. Strong executive presence with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience working directly with senior leadership and managing large cross‑functional delivery teams. Proven ability to manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and vendor relationships. Strong understanding of SAP implementation methodologies and enterprise delivery frameworks. Preferred Qualifications Experience within Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, Biotechnology, Healthcare, or another highly regulated industry. Background delivering global or multi‑site SAP transformations. Experience coordinating large system integrator teams and enterprise SAP deployments. Knowledge of organizational change management and business transformation initiatives.
