Plastic SurgeonLocation: Right Outside of East Memphis, TNRole:Serves as Medical Director of cosmetic surgery practicePerforms patient consultation and post-op visitsPerforms cosmetic surgeries (no reconstructive surgeries)Performs all surgeries in-office under IV-sedation (no general anesthesia)Handles 100% patient self-pay cases (no insurance)Leads clinical staff and assists with managing office staffAssists with surgeon and practice marketingProvides feedback to improve operations of the clinicRequirements:Board-certified Plastic SurgeonMore than 5 years of experienceMust be able to obtain hospital privilegesCompensation:Base Compensation: $210,000Bonus Compensation:10% of net revenues for surgical procedures performed by Physician on patients2% of net revenues for services overseen by Physician as Medical DirectorBonus structure based on monthly surgical performanceTarget Compensation: $400,000Benefits:Health Insurance with $300 per month contribution from employerVacation: 3 weeks (15 days) per calendar year + public and company holidaysCME: One (1) week of Continuing Medical Education per year + $2,000 for related expenses401(k) with up to 4% employer contributionMedical Malpractice Liability Insurance coverageEquity Participation: Subject to implementation by the employer
