What You’ll Do

• Process a high volume of invoices and support full-cycle accounts payable

• Review invoices for accurate coding, approvals, and supporting documentation

• Assist with vendor records, payment processing, and discrepancy resolution

• Communicate with vendors and internal departments to address AP questions

• Support month-end close, reporting, and other accounting activities

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of high-volume accounts payable experience preferred

• Recent associate’s or bachelor’s graduates in accounting, business, or a related field are encouraged to apply

• Internship or entry-level accounting experience is helpful but not required

• NetSuite or other ERP system experience is preferred

• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
