Accounts Payable Specialist

Randstad Strategic Accounts is looking for a business professional with a knowledge and proficiency working in the banking industry. salary: $35 - $40 per hour

Responsibilities

Global Accounts Payable within Supply Chain Management is responsible for processing payments for goods and services for the global organization as well as timely and accurate payments to suppliers and employees for reimbursable expenses, ensuring payments are consistent with policies, procedures and in compliance with all regulatory requirements.

The Global Accounts Payable team also supports Ariba, Peoplesoft, and SAP ERP Systems







Team Need:

• This position will be supporting the manual invoicing & payments team with Global Accounts Payable. Potential work will include manual invoice processing, ACH/NOC research and other projects as they arise.
• The Global Accounts Payable team processes most of the manual invoices that come into the company This position will help with processing that volume and any other projects that arise. This role helps keep our operations running smoothly while we have many projects in flight. We will be bringing this candidate in to drive manual invoice coverage during peak production months
