Entry Level Assembly

AssemblerPeopleShare is seeking reliable and motivated assemblers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling products and components according to specifications, ensuring quality and efficiency throughout the process. Schedule: Monday – Thursday 5:00am-3:0pm and 3:30pm-2:00am available Pay Rate: $16.00 - $17.20 per hour to startResponsibilities:Assemble parts and components accurately and efficientlyUse hand tools and power tools as neededInspect finished products for quality and accuracyFollow safety guidelines and company proceduresMaintain a clean and organized work areaQualifications:Previous experience with assembly or manufacturing is a plus, but not requiredExperience using power tools (cordless drills, power saws, etc.) preferred but not requiredAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsStrong attention to detail and qualityDependable and able to work a consistent Monday–Friday scheduleBenefits:Steady scheduleOpportunities for growth and advancementSupportive team environmentPeopleShare is the leading staffing agency in the region and has temporary to hire and permanent jobs across 8 states.
