As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.Salary Range$120,400.00 - $198,700.00Target Openings1What Is the Opportunity?Business Insurance Actuarial Product – Umbrella is seeking a Senior Manager to play a central role in the implementation, launch, and post-management of our flagship umbrella rating plan, TCUP. This is a rare opportunity to work on a new rating plan from development through go-live and beyond — owning the actuarial work that ensures it performs in market and evolves over time.In this role, you will lead the analytical execution behind TCUP's disruption and implementation strategy, then transition into ongoing monitoring and management of plan performance. That includes evaluating and communicating results, applying independent actuarial judgment, and recommending pricing adjustments as market conditions develop. You will work cross-functionally with underwriting, product, and other support teams to align on priorities and drive outcomes, while also contributing to broader strategic planning for the product. The role includes direct management of one individual contributor, with responsibility for performance management, development, and onboarding.This is an ideal opportunity for someone who wants to see their analytical work shape a rating plan from the ground up and have a meaningful impact on business results.What Will You Do?Strategy:Hold a lead role in strategic planning as well as manage the successful execution and completion of assigned strategic initiatives and projects.Develop solutions to resolve challenges of an initiative.Propose change and innovation in order to improve project team performance and timelines.This position will often participate on cross-unit initiatives and may participate on Enterprise initiatives.Operational:Independently perform actuarial and analytic analyses to solve business problems and apply judgment appropriately.Drive day to day execution within unit.
